David F. Gencarrelli, Esq.
NSAA’s Washington Representative
David F. Gencarelli is a native of Rhode Island, and a graduate of the University of
Rhode Island and the University of Houston Law School. He served as legislative
assistant to Senator Paula Hawkins of Florida, and was Director of Congressional
Affairs at the U.S. Customs Service from 1985-1988. From 1988-1992, Mr.
Gencarelli was Vice President and General Counsel to the National Association of
Beverage Importers. Mr. Gencarelli has been an independent consultant since 1993.
