This position provides comprehensive surgical assistance to the Cardiovascular
Operating Room surgeon. Qualifications include:
- Graduation from a Surgical
Assistant program, or equivalent experience as a surgical technologist/LPN
with special training to function in the SA role; or RNFA

At least 1 year of experience
in cardiovascular surgery Surgical Assisting including but not limited to
Endoscopic vein harvesting
- CPR certification

Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy and physiology
relating to surgical procedures
